Move-In / Move-Out FAQ
Yes — our move-in/move-out cleaning is designed for vacant or mostly vacant properties. Furniture and personal belongings should be removed so we can access all surfaces, inside cabinets, behind appliances, and clean every corner thoroughly. If the home isn't fully vacant, a Deep Cleaning may be a better fit.
All time estimates are for planning purposes only. If the cleaning requires additional time due to heavy buildup, grease, pet hair, or conditions beyond what was described at booking, the extra time will be billed at $60–$70/hour. We never rush or cut corners — the job gets done to our quality standard every time.
Yes. Standard oven cleaning is included with every move-in/move-out service. Refrigerator interiors are cleaned if the unit is empty. If the oven has excessive baked-on buildup requiring more than 2 hours, it may be classified as a Restorative Oven Cleaning and billed at the hourly overage rate.
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days ahead of your move date to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute requests may be available depending on our schedule — just reach out and we'll do our best to fit you in.
We're based in Yelm, WA and serve surrounding communities including Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Roy, Rainier, and Tenino. Move-in/move-out cleanings may be available outside our primary service area as a one-time service — contact us and we'll see what we can do.
